In a comprehensive AMC, the analysis of breakdowns/faults in the hardware and repairing/service is taken care of by the us. This includes spare parts replacement. Apart from this, preventive maintenance is also done, on a pre-determined/agreed-to frequency. Note: It excludes all physical mishandling or damages.
What We Do Under AMC :
1. Inspections render breakdown maintenance and monthly preventive maintenance during normal working hours to the equipment.
2. The Preventive maintenance will be done 30 days in a month of the equipment mentioned in Maintenance Contract.
3. Preventive maintenance includes.
a) Service calls in a month with Response time of 24 hours during normal business working hours if a call is placed before 10 AM else by next working day.
b) Onsite Team Viewer support within 2 hours related to any IT/or online problem.
c) If the valued client is finding difficult in viewing of live and recorded images and controlling of all cameras by the authorized users present in the LAN and internet the same shall be supported by the service engineer of the company within same working day.
d) If in the middle of the contract period, if any of the party’s is not satisfied due to some valid reason, they can terminate the contract after giving one month prior notice in writing and the balance charges, if applicable – will be refunded to the Customer by the Service Contractor at depending on the reason provided by the customer
